HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In PrintOriginal the returns are free! Remember that you have 10 calendar days (local products) or 14 calendar days (international products) from the date you received it, to return your products.

1. Log in: Log in. Click on the "My Orders" section(truck icon, add image) located in the top menu on the right side of our page. Identify your order and product and click on "More Actions", then choose the product you want to return. If this applies for return and it has been 24 working hours since you received your product, you can click on the button "Return".

If the button is inactive, check the products that can not be returned and, if yours is not in the list send us an email to perform the validation and subsequent activation.

Choose the reason for your return, select how you want us to proceed: sending an identical product, a different one or making your refund. Describe the problem with your product, be very specific about the reasons for its return and the current status of the product.

Note that once selected, the method can not be modified.Soon we will send you an email with the confirmation of the request for your return. If necessary, we will ask you to send us photographs of your product.

2. Print and package: If your product is accepted for review, during the next 2 business days you will receive an email with the parcel guide. Download it and print it. Do not forget that the guide is valid for 5 calendar days from the day you receive it.

We can only send you a guide, so if we do not use it at this time, we will not be able to accept your return. Store the product as it was received in good condition: in its original packaging and in the box or envelope in which we sent it. If you have not kept it, look for a similar envelope to protect it.

Glue the parcel guide on the outside of this box or envelope. Please do not do it directly in the original packaging of the product, as the glue could damage it and this would cause the return to be rejected.

Be sure to include all the accessories, instructions and labels you received.

3. Send: Take your product to any Estafeta branch. Or, call the number 01800-3782338to schedule a pickup with them and look for the product for you. The collections are mandatory for the LARGE DIMENSIONS PRODUCTS.Keep in mind that the return process for large products may take a while.

We will notify you by email when your product arrives at our warehouse.

4. Approval and reimbursement: Once the product is received, we will perform a quality control for 3 business days to determine its status. If the refund is successful, we will start immediately with the process of your refund.

Remember that the refund time will depend on the payment method you have chosen.

CAN I RETURN ALL PRODUCTS?

The return or exchange of the products will not be accepted, unless the product has faults and complies with the general conditions for a return:

CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT?

No, in PrintOriginal we do not make changes. However, if your product does not meet your expectations, we recommend you return it within 10 calendar days (local products) or 14 calendar days (international products) after it was received. If you want us to send you an equal or different product characteristics, we will take charge of generating a new order. Do not forget that, for reasons of hygiene and quality, there is a series of products that can not be returned. If your order has not yet been sent and you want to change it, you can cancel it and generate a new purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE RETURN? 

At PrintOriginal, returns are free! Do not worry, the return costs are on our own.

WHAT CONDITIONS MUST BE IN THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING?

In the best possible conditions. It is essential that you keep the original packaging, because it is as important as the product itself; take care of it, save it and handle it with the greatest care, in this way you will not have any problem when making the return. Once you print the parcel guide, it is important not to stick it directly on the original box of the product, since the glue can damage the packaging and its return can be rejected. Use another box or wrap to glue your guide and protect the original packaging. Please note that, if you do not keep the original packaging, or if it is in poor condition, your return will be rejected.

HOW DO I KNOW IF PRINTORIGINAL RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I RETURNED?

If you already made your return through the parcel, the tracking code that was provided will serve to track the package. Once the parcel has collected your product and delivered it to our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your arrival and inform you of the next steps to follow.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?

Once you have made the return process, the usual average to complete the operation is 5 to 10 business days. After that, you should take into account that the return period of your product or refund varies according to each form of payment.

HOW DOES REIMBURSEMENTS WORK IN PRINTORIGINAL?

The refund of your purchase can proceed once the cancellation of your order has been accepted, or, when the return of your product approves the quality control.

Our methods of reimbursement depend on the form of payment you used and are the following: bank transfer and reversion to your credit, debit or PayPal account. You should consider that the time and manner of reimbursement will depend on the form of payment with which you made your purchase.

IS THE REIMBURSEMENT LINKED TO THE PAYMENT FORM I CHOSE?

Yes, refunds will be made according to the payment method used:

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD: The refund will be made only to the card used to make the purchase.

PAYPAL: The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. Subsequently, they will be responsible for reimbursing the amount to the card with which they made the purchase.

BANK DEPOSIT: The form of reimbursement is as follows: 

Reimbursement on account: We will send you an email requesting the necessary data of an account to be able to make the reimbursement.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD: We will make the refund within 1 business day and receive an email to notify you. From that moment, the time it takes to be reflected in your account depends completely on your bank, and we can not speed it up. According to the information below, the average days that each bank takes in 90% of the cases in general and in 10% of the slowest cases. These results were obtained from periodic and random surveys applied to our clients.

PAYPAL

10 to 20 business days. You will receive an email from PrintOriginal to confirm that your refund has been processed to your PayPal account. From that moment, in an approximate time of 10 to 20 days, you can see the money reflected on the card with which you made your purchase.

Please note that this time may vary, however, it depends completely on PayPal. Unfortunately, in PrintOriginal we can not speed it up. Please, if you need more information about your refund, check it directly with PayPal. 

DEPOSIT IN BANK

From 1 to 2 business days. After you provide us with your account information, you will receive an email from PrintOriginal to notify you of your refund. From that moment, the money will be reflected in your account within 1 to 2 business days.

Keep in mind that this time may vary, however, it depends completely on the bank. Unfortunately, in PrintOriginal we can not speed it up. Please, in case you need more information about your refund, contact your bank.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATE OF MY REFUND?

To know the status of your refund, go to "My Account"and click on the "My Orders" section, located in the menu on the left side of our page. Identify the order you want information about and click "View details". Find the status of your refund in the Status bar reimbursement made: the refund has been made successfully. Keep in mind that the time it takes for the money to be reflected in the account depends entirely on the bank, unfortunately in PrintOriginal we can not accelerate this process.
