Yes, in PrintOriginal you can use international cards. Based on our experience, we suggest you use your PayPal account in case your card is international. This is due to the fact that banks that issue international cards tend to reject several e-commerce transactions abroad. A transaction through PayPal is accepted more easily.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD PAYMENT DOES NOT WORK?

In PrintOriginal we invoice in the following way:

When placing an order, you can receive invoices forseller and delivery.

If you placed an order for more than one product and they are all from different sellers, youwill receive one invoice per product,even if they arrive together.

If you buy more than one product from the same sellerand arrive at the same time, you will receive a single invoice. If not, you will receive a bill for delivery.

Once you receive your order, we will send your invoice via email. Or, you can download it in PDF or XML format.

HOW CAN YOU APPLY FOR YOUR INVOICE?

BEFORE FINISHING YOUR PURCHASE

Request your invoice before finalizing your purchase. In the summary of your purchase you will find the section "Billing information".Click on "Billing."

If your data is already saved, identify the address to which you wish to invoice and click on the "Choose address" button.Otherwise, click on "Add Address" and enter the corresponding information. We will send the invoice to your email once you receive your order.

AFTER WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

If you already received the confirmation email of your order, you have 5 calendar days to request your invoice from "My account"in a matter of minutes. Just follow these simple steps:

HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY INVOICE?

If you did not request an invoice when making your purchase, you have 5 calendar days after the confirmation of your order to request your invoice from "My orders".

HOW LONG DO I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

Once you receive your order, we will send your invoice via email. The period of time to receive your invoice is counted from the delivery of the product and depends on the type of billing that the seller has available.
